1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   1. 1. Terms and conditions for the supply of educational kits and content on sniffandsnails.com, operated by Sniff and Snails Limited (“we, us or our”).
      2. ‘Goods’ refers to the items purchased from our site.
      3. ‘Our site’ refers to the website and content available at www.sniffandsnails.com.
      4. By using our site you’re telling us that you understand, accept and are able to accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you don’t accept or understand these terms and conditions you shouldn’t use or access our site.
      5. We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions on occasion. Following these changes, the customers’ continued use of the website acts as their acceptance of these changes. It falls under the customers’ responsibility to check on any changes to our terms and conditions.
2. ORDERS
   1. 1. We must receive payment in its entirety for the full price quoted on the goods at checkout before an order can be accepted. Once we have been notified of receipt of payment, we will email the customer with confirmation of order on the email address provided to us. Once we’ve confirmed and accepted your order, a legally binding contract is entered into, between us and the customer. 
      2. All credit card purchases must be directed to the cardholder’s address.
3. PRICING AND PROMOTIONAL CODES
   1. 1. All of our prices are given in GBP. Fluctuations in currency and credit card charges may affect the final amount charged to your credit card.
      2. We retain the right to change prices without prior notification. Prices charged will be those prevailing at time of order.
      3. If there is a pricing error, we are under no obligation to supply the goods at the incorrect price. However, we will advise you of the correct price and you will be able to cancel your order if you wish.
      4. Quantity rates only apply to the specific quantity detailed or more. Further discounts for higher quantities may be available. Please contact us with details of your requirements.
      5. We may occasionally offer promotional discount codes which may apply to specific goods or delivery methods on our website. These codes can only be used on full-priced goods and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
4. POSTAGE/DELIVERY
   1. 1. For the UK mainland, there is a standard charge of £3 per order. For off-shore or Ireland, carriage is at cost – please e-mail sales@sniffandsnails.com for details before you order.
      2. If orders are received before noon, we aim to despatch goods within 72 hours if the goods are in stock. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
5. ORDER CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
   1. 1. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please notify us of about the problem by email (support@sniffandsnails.com) within 14 days of receipt of the goods in question and we will give you a full refund. We shall not have any liability to you the customer unless you notify us of the problem by email within 14 working days of receipt of the goods in question.
      2. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to receive a full refund.
      3. Before returning any products please contact us with your order number and the details of the products you wish to return. We will then issue you with a returns number which you should mark clearly on the outside of your parcel.
      4. Shortage claims must be made by email within five days of receipt. Please retain all order/delivery paperwork.
      5. When returning goods, the parcel is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send it by registered post.
      6. We process returns as soon as possible except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
      7. We will cover the cost of returning any faulty products but if the products being returned are not faulty you must cover the cost of returning the goods to us. Please take reasonable care to ensure that any products being returned are not damaged during transit. Should you fail to do this, you will be charged with the cost of the return.
      8. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of items purchased from us once the items have been used.
      9. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the items have left us and are in possession of the courier.
      10. We reserve the right to cancel a transaction between ourselves and the customer. If we do cancel an order, the customer will be notified by email or telephone, and the customers credit card will be re-credited as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
6. GUARANTEE
   1. 1. Goods that do not meet the description, are not of satisfactory quality or are not fit for the purpose specified will be refunded or replaced as appropriate.
      2. Sniff and Snails Limited liability under this guarantee will be limited to replacing, repairing, refunding or issuing credits for any goods returned to the limit of their original value.
      3. Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.
      4. We are not liable under this guarantee for fair ‘wear and tear’ or if the goods have been used in a manner that could not reasonably have been expected in regard to their normal use.
      5. Any goods returned to us under this guarantee need to be suitably packed and accompanied by details of the defect and proof of purchase.
7. MISCELLANEOUS
   1. 1. Sniff and Snails Limited reserve the right to discontinue or alter any product without prior notice.
      2. All images are used for illustration purposes only.
      3. Sniff and Snails Limited will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including national emergencies, fire or flood, acts of God or omissions of third parties.

      6. These conditions will be governed by and construed with the laws of England and Wales.
